Dr. Monique Anderson joined MGH in July 2022 as an MS & Neuroimmunology fellow in the Levy Lab after completing her neurology residency at Emory University. She is a clinical and research fellow seeing patients in the neuroimmunology clinic and studying the role of exosomes in neuroinflammatory diseases at the bench. She has a particular interest in derangements in protein sorting and trafficking associated with ESCRT pathway mutations in demyelinating disorders affecting the spinal cord.
Dr. Anderson received her PhD in Experimental Pathology at the University of Virginia in 2017 and her MD from the University of Virginia in 2018.
